1. General

  • These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services, programs, and resources provided by Vive Studio. By booking or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Payments & Cancellations

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • If you cancel a session less than 24 hours before the scheduled time and it cannot be reasonably rescheduled, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers costs such as room hire.

  • If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

  • “No shows” without notice are non-refundable.

3. Health Disclaimer

  • Vive Studio provides health coaching services, which may include nutrition guidance, lifestyle coaching, and wellness support.

  • I am not a doctor, dietitian, or licensed medical professional. The services provided are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not replace guidance from a qualified healthcare provider.

  • Always consult your doctor or healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or medical treatment.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate information regarding your health, lifestyle, and medical history.

    • You understand that results are individual and cannot be guaranteed.

  • You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and safety when applying any coaching advice.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided by Vive Studio, including ebooks, programs, resources, and materials, remain the intellectual property of Vive Studio.

  • You may not copy, share, distribute, or reproduce any material without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Vive Studio will not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage resulting from the use of services, advice, or resources provided.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the cost of the service purchased.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
