  • Q: How do sessions take place?

    A: Sessions are available online via Zoom or in-person in Christchurch. Please enquire first so we can find a time that works best.

    Note: some sessions are offered via Zoom only.

  • Q: How is payment made?

    A: At the moment, payments are made through invoices sent via Hnry, a secure third-party system. You’ll receive an invoice after booking, and payment can be made directly from there.

    Payment must be made prior to your appointment.

  • Q: How do I know which package is right for me?

    A: If you’re not sure, book a discovery call. I’ll help you choose between a self-led reset, ongoing coaching, or the full support package depending on your needs, time, and budget.

  • Q: Do you provide meal or training plans?

    A: I don’t provide strict meal plans. Instead, I offer practical nutrition guidance, ideas, and suggestions that fit your lifestyle. Training programs or guides are available, depending on your goals. We’ll discuss what’s best for you during your initial discovery call.

  • Q: Who do you work with?

    A: I work with women and men of all ages who want to reset, rebuild, or find balance. Many of my clients may come to me after life changes, grief, or feeling stuck with their health.

  • Q: Do I need to bring anything to my session? What do the sessions involve?

    A: Just come as you are. Sessions are conversational — we’ll talk through your health, lifestyle, and goals, then work together to find practical solutions. If I need anything specific beforehand (like a simple food diary or health history), I’ll be in touch with you prior to your appointment.
