Raspberry and Dark Chocolate Pots.

A quick dessert that is fresh, fruity, and rich - all in one.

Serves 1 - Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 squares of Dark Chocolate

  • 1 tsp of Coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup of Raspberries ( fresh or frozen)

  • 2 tbsp of Granola (or chopped nuts and seeds)

  • 1 tbsp of protein powder (optional)

Method

  1. Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave until smooth.

  2. In a bowl, mix greek yogurt with protein powder (optional) and raspberries.

  3. Add half of this mixture to a small glass or ramekin.

  4. Spoon half of the melted chocolate on top and a sprinkle of granola.

  5. Repeat this order to create 2 layers of yogurt & raspberries, chocolate, and granola.

  6. Freeze for 5-10 minutes until the chocolate has hardened.
