      <image:caption>My name is Nadia Schikker, and, like you, I know that taking care of your health can feel complicated — but it doesn’t have to be. My role is to simplify it and help you create routines that bring clarity, confidence, and energy back into your life. For me, health and wellbeing are the foundations of life; without them, everything else feels harder. I’ve always been passionate about this, which led me to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Coaching and Nutrition, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Sciences (Health and Community). And I’m dedicated to upskilling, so I am currently completing a Health Coaching Certificate through PreKure. I believe everyone has a story and a why; in 2024, my world shifted when I suddenly lost my Dad. Through that experience, I realised how few services exist to support people not just emotionally, but in reclaiming their health and balance after grief, life changes, or set backs. That gap is what inspired me to create Vive Studio — a space to reset, rebuild, and feel alive again; rather than just surviving. I believe improving health isn’t about being told what to do, but about learning the how. My role is to guide, encourage, and equip you with tools for nutrition, movement, lifestyle, and mindset — so that you can take ownership of your health in a way that feels sustainable and empowering. If I can help even one person take back their energy, confidence, and sense of self, then this work is more than worthwhile.</image:caption>
